Sub Jail, Suryapet administration was taken from Judiciary Department to Prisons Department on 03.10.1989 under the control of the District Sub jails Officer, Nalgonda. It is only meant for under trial prisoners and convicts up to 01 month sentence are kept here. Sub Jail, Suryapet is a minimum security Jail.
